But they'll have to change password every time it needs and they will spend much lots of time to configure that every time that happens. īut if you can have the shared mailbox set as an user - then you can indeed add it as a second mailbox (in Mail-32 bit in Control Panel or in 'Add account' in Outlook) and then set as default. :) I was about to make a comment about ALL that 120 seconds lost per day :)Īs for the rest - it's getting complicated if the shared mail is actually a shared mail (with no licence) and not a user - and permission are given from server side not as a second mailbox - which is normally the case. So just make the Sales account there primary-account (In Outlook that is). ![]() It is not an matter of time, they are just afraid they will forget to change it, and then get a talking to by management. One click on the from field and one click to select the sales address. they don't have the time to change the send-from address for every email.
